I Got A Walmart 3200 Rpm Polisher As A Gift I Was Wondering Should I Use It Cause My Paint Is Kinda Dull Or Is It Too Powerful For A Novice?

If its a rotary polisher, then yes, way to powerful.

Make sure if its orbital or Rotary. A novice should ONLY be working with an orbital like the Porter Cable. Unless your paint is severely neglected, the PC will be adequate, and you wont have to worry about holograming your paint. Allthough, if it came from wallmart, I would take a guess and say its an orbital. BUT DOUBLE CHECK FIRST!

It's an orbital but i don't wanna use it if it will burn my paint.

Lets see a pic or a link from the walmart website...it's probably not powerful enough. Only good for waxing.

yeah the only buffers i ever seen from wallmart advertised some good power but in the end were so week that they were good for taking off wax and that was about it.

I was thinking about some sort of polisher as well. Some of the these 2 and 3 step waxes/polishes can wear a guy out. I know nothing about them though, so any more tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
