cv boot oil wont come off !

my driver side cv boot was shot. the oil from it has covered the entire wheel and it wont come off. rags/towels only spread it more. i tried orange cleaner and wheel cleaner as well but it didnt do much. whats the safest, best method to take this damn greasy oil off the wheel ??

thanks.....

super clean and a brush.

if that doesn't work, gasoline and a rag.
then re-wax the car/wheel/whatever you're cleaning.
