Quality Outdoor Car Cover Experience?

I really need to buy a car cover for my 4th gen while I am away for college. I would hate to leave it sitting out in the elements for months on end and I do not have spare garage space.

I need a good outdoor car cover. It must be either waterproof or very water-resistant as it will be sitting outside for quite a while through rain and snow.

I understand that I will need to spend at least $100+ to get something worthwhile. If anyone can direct me towards a carcover that will meet my needs, I would really appreciate it.

Whether it is custom-fit to a 4th gen, or just a general full size sedan shape is fine. I can always put rivets in and tie it down snug.

Thanks for any help

damn, looks like i'll need the Noah for the waterproofing. best price i can find is $190. Does it matter if it's not a custom fit? In that case, what is the ideal length/width to get?

If the car will be sitting outdoors, perhaps..As far as sizing goes, specs measure the Max at 15'6" (I assume bumper to bumper). You'll need to get one at 16-17'. It should give you enough to cover down to most of the wheel.

yeah, i just ordered a Noah for ~ $170 shipped. I know it will be a quality cover and server the purpose, but i was just kinda bummed that a custom cover that will serve fewer purposes than a general one costs more. it's like paying more for less. oh well. i'm happy.
