What pads do you have? What kinds of polishes do you have?

i'm also in the market for a random, probably the PC7424 as i haven't heard anything bad about it. BlueC, if you end up reading this thread, i'm probably gonna ask you at the meet for some pointers on machine polishing and detailing as i know you are pretty experienced with all that stuff.

my paint is pretty nice but i would just like to know what would improve it the most. i think a 7424 is the next step.

You'll be very happy with the results the PC delivers. I've been using one for years on our cars and they look like new...no swirl marks and the paint is in very good shape. I routinely get compliments from non-car nuts on how nice my max looks, and they can't believe the age.

Last spring I switched over to klasse...I had been using top-end carnauba waxes for years. The Klasse seems to hold up much better in the hot weather/sun we experience in San Antonio.

Again, I think you will be very happy with the PC...it will make waxing much easier for you
