A Smelly Interior

During Hurricane Ivan my driver side window was busted out and rain water got in the car, this is according to the previous owner.
Ok the interior of my car is kinda musty... not very stong, just a small hint of it though and its very unattractive, but i always keep a bottle of frebreeze of some odor killer in the car to keep it down.
I was ondering if or what is the best solvent and solution to my problem, i was thinking about taking it to an auto detail place but then i was thinking the previous owner already tried that and the smell is still there.
Id like to get this done tonight and tomorrow because i have school starting back up in two days and i wanna take advantage of the cool weather.

It depends on how much water got inside the car. That musty odor is tough to get rid of. There may be moisture under the carpet. If that's the case, you'll need to remove the seats and the carpet....big job. You could try one of those moisture eliminators in a can and see if that helps.
