Removing paint streaks...???

what product is used for removing streaks of paint from another car off mine?? seen it dont before just didnt notice what product. some type of liquid... as opposed to typical wax...

Rubbing Alcohol works like a charm. A red car got a huge paint streak on my bro's white accord once. Alcohol did the job.

hmm ok well.. i also noticed minor paint chipping around that ... will it be a problem if alcohol gets anywhere near/under stock paint?

what about paint overspray? i repainted my rear bumper and i forgot to tightly mask the sides and there is a bit of overspray...my car color is charcol grey. will rubbing alcohol remove the overspray as well? will it have any negative effects on the paint? thanks
