Dull Rear Fender

Hey guys, my driver side rear fender is starting to look dull...Any ideas on how I can fix this???

compound and a buffer...then polish then wax should look nice and shiney

You probably won't need to compound - try the least aggressive process first. IMO, a good clay, polish, and wax will be good enough to restore that shine. Is there any reason why only that fender is dull? Why isn't the whole car like this?

So do you guys think it's just oxidation, and also what products do you guys recommend??? I i'm not sure why only part of the car is like that....well I'll try the compound...do you guys recommend buffer or will hand do ok???
