Revitalizing bumper?

My front bumper is starting to look like crap these days. It's covered in chips and has millions of little white dots all over it. It's the only part of my car that doesn't look great after a wash and wax. Is there any polish out there that could clean it up?

Polish isn't going to make up for no paint. The factory paint is soft. You need to get it repainted IMO. Unless you want to Duplicolor pen all the little spots!

they aren't really chips on the bumper. It's more of a faded discoloration giving a sort of speckled look to it.
