extremely lame shop over sprayed onto my exhaust

well among other things Bill Fogle collision center did to my car for free, i got a free over spray paint job onto my greddy sp2.
what would be the best method of getting this off? sanding it?
its all on my b pipe and pretty bad on half of my muffler too.
im going back to ***** about this and the fact that they decided to keep 2 of my lug nuts and let me drive off with 3 on one wheel.
ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Try Throttle Body Cleaner. Then Polish it up with some mothers since the TB cleaner with probably leave smear marks on the exhaust.

If its not on an easily seen part, leave it, cant hurt, if it is, try some cleaners, if nothing works, use real real real fine sand paper and polish after.....

honestly, i dont care if anyone can see it or not. I SEE IT, I KNOW ITS THERE. I am under my car often enough to be pissed about it, and although i dont always clean the sp2 i sure as hell dont want paint on it.

I really don't want to let the shop take my car again (for 30 minutes) to get it off even though he offered after I beotched.
So ill probably try these things first to see how easily it comes off. What is mineral spirits?

It is a mild solvent like a paint thinner or a reducer
