RUST!....Aww heck naw.....

I got a small "Line" of rust on the bottom edge of the driver's side fender , right where it meets the bumper , and its starting to bubble. How can I "fix" this, and ,please, don't tell me I just need a new fender folks.

Its so WAAACK, having a nice, clean white car with RUST on the bottom. If it were black this wouldn't be so bad, but with Arctic White Pearl I may as well draw an arrow to the spot. Thanks for your responses....

Pull off the fender, cut out/grind off the rust, build it back up with Bondo, sand, paint.

It may not be salvageable.

Ehh, oh well. My moms put a dent in it when she backed out of the garage in her X5 SUV, so if I gotta take it off anyways, I may as well junk it. Thanks though.....
