Hey guys,well ive been struggling to find a winter beater.Everything needs work and i dont have the time to do it,Basically for me winter is here.I live in Newfoundland(not in eglous) and they recently salted the roads and we are having snow flurries.I have my car on 18's with other mods and the car was painted last may.I dont want to ruin the car but i have nothing else to drive and i have no winter wheels and tires to put on the car untill i can get a beater.Wondering if i went another 2 weeks with salty dirty roads and snowy slushy roads would my car be ok?Im had posted in the general part about buying a truck and a car but both of those fell through so this friday im hoping to get this ford explorer ive been looking at.Anyways would i be ok?I got to much money and time into the car to ruin it.

 

Another 2 weeks ought to be ok. Just wash it (touchless car wash) with an underbody spray. You may want to clean the wheels by hand. The salt will etch any metal if it stays on for longer than a month or so....I found this out the hard way.
