How to "transport" a washing mit

I work as a detailer at a HUMMER dealership, and quite frankly, the washing mits SUCK!

Long story short, people use them in places they shouldn't and they get a lot of crap in them that you simply can not wash out.

I want to take my own mit there whenever I do my own car, or feel that I can use it without any taking it.

This seems like a stupid question, but is there anything other than putting it in a bag and calling it a day?

That would seem to be the best method.....sealed plastic bag. You don't want put it in anything that would contaminate it. I'm assuming you're talking about a sheepskin mitt?
