Refreshing rims???

What is the best way to clear small scuff marks from OEM rims??? What is the best way to clean them to preserve the look of them???

Scuffs as in scratches or what? Not sure how you get scuffs on wheels...just scratches, knicks and curbs...but use an aluminum polish to clean them up.
