Leather Cleaner/Conditioner harmful to the vynl on my leather seats?

I have an 03...

Should I be worried about getting leather cleaner or conditioner on the vynl parts of my leather seats? I cant for the life of me tell which is vynl and which is leather.. I want to give them a really good cleaning and conditioning but I dont want to mess up the most important part of the interier, the seats! I applied a little conditioner to the seats awhile ago and the parts that I think might be vynl looked a bit odd afterwords. Im using Lexol.

Much thanks!

I use Meguiar's leather conditioner on both and it just gives it a nice shine and smell afterwards.

Lexol is the best you can get. Go to any automotive forum and I know you'll get the same answer.

I use Meguiar's Gold Class cleaner/conditioner on mine with no adverse effects on the vinyl.

We have our own Leather and Interior Cleaner and a Leather Conditioner. You can clean all of your leather, plastic, vinyl etc. w/ the cleaner and then apply the conditioner to all of those areas as well. You will have a super clean interior and a protected interior with a new leather smell. Check out all of our products at www.QuikShineGarage.com.

Thanks

Leather Master's Leather Vital is absolutely the best leather conditioner on the market...and at $60 a quart, it better be.

You may get a different color in your leather compared to the vinyl because when you restore the ph balanced oils back into the leather, it makes it healthier, as in pliable and less prone to cracks. On finished leathers, it is more difficult to get the product to soak in completely, so I want until it's a hot day here in Texas summer and apply Zymol as thick as I can and close it up until the interior is over 100 degrees for at least an hour and then proceed wiping it off and buffing it with multiple microfiber towels. It smells like fresh leather for about a month and feels great. No wear at all. The only places wear shows is on the vinyl. The vinyls seem to dry more than the leather. Get some UV shielding tint on your windows and there is even some clear UV films, like window tint available for your front windshield... check with your local tint shop... WORTH IT to keep your interior from sun rotting or UV fading.

I've used Leatherique on my dads old Cadillac... worked wonders. Good information on their site... leatherique.com/do_it_your_self_instruction/
