Clean Window Rubber - Sticks to Tint

Overly simple question, but I need a tint-safe way to clean the flap at the base of a passenger-side window. When I roll down the window the flap sticks to my tint, folds over, and leaves nasty marks on the tint film. I tried cleaning the flap w/ water and stoners, and cleaned the tint w/ stoners but no dice. I was thinking soap, but I don't want to dry out the rubber (may make sticking worse) or purple the tint. Just had the tint redone and not trying to screw it up rolling down the window. Thanks folks.

Any idea how to remove that liner out of the door? I figure that'd be the best way to do what I need to, and not have water run all into the door. Thanks folks.
