Painting eyelids

I'm planning on painting my eyelids that I just picked up to a more shiny black.

Is there any sanding I would need to do for this? I was thinking I could just spray a couple layers on....I'll be getting some dupli-color for this

Never heard of anyone doing this, but good luck. Let us know how it turns out, and post pics.

I would sand, paint and clear but that's just me.
