Looking for input there's not much out there. I use dawn believe it or not the manufacturer recommended it and I use Adams quick selant to protect them.
Anyone have any better ideas please share them

I just use dish soap, and a wet wash cloth.

Don't use dish soap after sealing your wheels it will remove the sealant. You can find typical car wash soap in the ur fav Autorape store that is wax friendly. Wait for a buy one get one sale.

I was specifically told not to use car wash soap. Manufacturer said to use dawn dish soap. The Adams quick sealant can handle a few washes between applications that stuff is awesome. Check it out on YouTube it works wonders in my opinion.
I barely get any brake dust stuck to my rims. I'm sure it also helps that I don't drive this car in rain or snow that's what the other car is for.
