Dynoed my car

Disclaimer: somehow my Absolute Pressure Sensor came partially disconnected before my run. I'm not sure how it happened...but oh well. I doubt it affected the numbers greatly; the car ran fine haha.

THE NUMBERS:
will scan dyno from work on Monday or Tuesday...whenever the new USB scanner comes in.
166.0 hp/178.6 tq

SO, the car gained minor power from the few bolt-ons I have for that, and it's running healthily for the time being. yay.

My friend's 944t (NOT STOCK) blew a head gasket ... but not until after making 350hp. Good and bad...he needed to replace some seals in there anyway, so uhm...sorta good. And now he can put a stage 2 setup on it ... whatever.

The 340 made INSANE (read: 400) amounts of torque; it made enough to.........tow itself I guess lol. Air/fuel was off, so hp was underrated. Soon the new cam will make better hp muaha.

As for my car...I wish I could have those cams. A focus dynoed up with headers, cam, exhaust, intake amd made some decent power (142 hp). Me want cams! I need to start a donation box!

It was cool to see the dyno technology at work; I've never been to one before.

wow cool...guess the tranny isn't THAT bad after all on the dyno. They manually shifted mine (gently; I was impressed), so as not to lose much in the process.

Mine is back from the dead too after dynoing, I lost 3rd gear for a bit on Saturday, but now it's fine again!? Bad bad things are going to happen..

... my TQ numbers are low though 230lbs-ft with 268fwhp... I'd have expected more - I wonder if it's the coils again.

FWIW, I can't open your dyno graph....

Dyno'd my car this past weekend (same time/place as Jer).

I have a 95SE 5 speed with nearly 100,000 miles on it(156,450km)with a Budget intake and y-pipe as my only engine mods.

My numbers were: 181.25HP and 192.75 ft/lbs torque.

Well I guess my #'s were decent then. The car was cold as well. It's so cold here.

Lime you gotta smack him for not making a full run from 3k-redline

I gotta post my dyno sheet; the curve looks low before 3500 because he took longer to step on it than on other .orgies cars! Basically it shows that your 4th gen would be faster than my car up to 3.5k, then I blast away lol

My tranny is losing its two top gears... ruh roh

The weather? You want to talk about the weather?

It's bloody MARVELOUS outside! I LOVE THIS WEATHER PEOPLE!

Hands so crispy dry that your usage of hand cream rejuvenates the global economy, your buttsicle is now broken in for such cold that you're ready to move to the g-ddamn YUKON in case of WW-3, f'in tranny blowing up because it's so damn cold outside your cooler turns your freakin' ATF into an Amsoil-slushee snack, stupid snow making people drive like fools or run scared thinking that little square cm of slush in the road will make them crash and die so they slow from 60 to 10 in case all four tires break loose and they slip into a truck! OOOH and the trucks... THANK YOU FOR ALL THE FREAKIN' SALT CHIPS!!!!!!!!

In the meantime mother nature is probably having the time of her life whoring herself to people of the tropics. Stupid b!tch!

F THIS WEATHER! I am still more bitter than your coldness!

</end psycho stupor>

heheh okay enough cold competition...it sucks all over! Anyway, the car was cold for the dyno, so I'm not sure how that would affect the #'s. But according to general averages...my car is appropriate. I need cams. Can we start a donation fund?
