5.5 Auto - 238/231
Well its been a long time but it finally came, i promised i would install the Ebay OBX 3.0 headers and dyno my car... after couple days after the install my car was sputtering til yesterday i got it fixed... anyways im still waiting on the Runfiles, the owner of the shop wasnt there and i have to wait til tomorrow for the email... anyways til then
MY Mods (Exactly)
4th Gen Ebay intake (one with a black tube, red filter, $26)
OBX 3.0 Headers (Non equal length Y-pipe)
2.5" Custom Exhaust (where the B-pipe connects to the muffler is probebly 2")
NWP Block Plate... Thats It, Stock catalytic converter and no tuning devices
1st run 238WHP (didnt see the TQ cause i was busy yapping on the camcorder)
2nd run 223WHP 221TQ IIRC... both runs we didnt realised the fans were never on ooops lol
3rd run 235WHP and again i forgot the TQ IIRC 235 also (by this time we turned the fans on and let the car cool down for about 5 mins)
The Car Ran really lean, i remember my A/F being at 17.4 at 4800-5000RPM, it seemed to be in the 14-15 range for the most part, but i will post pics tomorrow when i get the runfiles, i also have Video footage too...
loving my spike

Get rid of the 2" from the mid-pipe to muffler! I did it and the car opens up a lot more freely after 3500 now. I hate the sound but was well worth letting it breathe. Then again I had 2" from mid-pipe on stock muffler, but I'm sure it will help a little.

i will eventually... its a 2.5" piping just where it connects to the muffler is kinda messed up

K... so PhantomV just finished hooking up the VAFC2 for me... im tryna do a lil ghetto tune looking at the graph, i know it wont be accurate but i figure its a lil bit better... anyways, im new to the VAFC, i had a SAFC before, i know they are similar, but i was pming nmexmax and he was telling me how the stock catalytic convertor can cause for false lean readings, anyways my question is... i saw the setting Wide throttle, is this the one i would need to adjust fuel with??? i read that in a close loop the AFR isnt affected because of the o2 sensors but at WOT thats where the car needs tuning??? any answers on what the wide throttle is or based on my graph what do you think???... where it has the 17.2 afr i added 6% but mostly 3% across the board

where its 14:1, adding just 2 pts should put you low 13's, in my experience at least. However, spend the money on a wideband. In the end it will definitely save you money over having to hit the dyno after every change you make

can you turn up the smoothing and set the bottom axis to show rpm? It might be useful to know at what rpm that spike takes place. plus with smoothing you wont (hopefully) get the 618wtq spike so the tq and hp axes will be comparable

did they send you the runfiles (.drf)? If not, you should ask them to send those. If you have those, then download winpep from the dynojet website and you can change the graph as you want

Afr is a little more tricky. In the top left you have to click where it has two curves on the graph, this will put two graphs on the screen.
Then its just like selecting tq or hp. Just click on the left side where it says none and select air fuel ratio from the menu that pops up
Hope that does it for you
PS:yeah, that second chart (235/230) is w/ y-pipe, ssim, ts f-spec (z33 vtc's), NWP spacers, vafc-2. Cant wait to dyno tomorrow with my new headers and exhaust. Hoping for 255+ but well see, fingers crossed

You can change the bottom axis by clicking where it says speed on the bottom and selecting engine speed from the list that comes up.
