Can't Upload Picture for my Signature

Is it possible for a moderator to give me permissions to upload pics for my signature? There are two permissions that say "NO" next to them in my User CP.

Use an image hosing site (ex: photobucket), upload there, get the direct link and then insert the link between [img]_____[/.img] (remove the period there) and you should be good to go.

You do realize that PB sucks now, right? You have to pay to store and share photos. The free version is so bad and full of ads, pop-ups, you'd swear your computer is infected.

Which two permissions are you referring to? Are you sure you didn't exceed the file size limit? That's what usually gets most members.

I've never had a pic in my sig from the beginning. Can't even add because permissions won't allow it. I know about resizing and all that, but can't get to that point until permissions are changed.
