newbie to the oil change seen

ok so ive done all the research on how to change the oil and i think its safe to say that i could do it would out a problem, but could someone please help me out with what oil to put in. i know to get the oem filter because its the best out there. but what oil?

i have a 95 gxe with 66k on it

1)Depends on whether you want to run synthetic or dino. Dino the majority says Castrol GTX. Synthetic the majority says Mobil 1 (or Amsoil). I say Mobil 1 based on convenience.
2)4.25 quarts with filter change.
