Redline gear oil or Royal Purple??

I want to do a trans flush and i noticed that at a local shop they have redline as well as royal purple. has anyone have any experience with royal purple??
also, i live in chicago so the cold weather factor plays a role.

Thanks.

Redline is more proven analytically than Royal Purple, so I would recommend a Redline product.
