In the last 2-3 months, I have been out of town most of the month... in search of a job. I also own a second car so my maxima was used "sparingly".

My oil change was due at 10/26 or 6000 miles. Like I said, I have been out of town most of the time so even to this day 12/22, I have only 5700 miles ODO reading. I have been trying to setup appointment for oil change since the beginning of the month but they keep giving me later oil change dates.

Anyway, I am VERY concerned that I am close to 5 months for an oil change! miles wise, I am less than 3000 miles since previous change but duration wise, its been about 5 months.

Will I be in trouble if Nissan ever asks me for oil change records (for warranty purposes)?
