Extra Special 6 speed tranny fluid?

I can't remember the tranny fluid people were recommending, but I am getting ready to take my car in for an oil change/tire rotation, and I think it's time for a tranny oil change. (25,000 miles)
I want to use that stuff everyone was recommending to help get rid of the 3rd gear grind and the notchy feel.

(it may have been as much as a year ago)

thanks

Redline MT-90. It's available at http://www.summitracing.com/ and their part number is RED-50304.

it's pretty gay that my thread was moved...

If this was still on the 5th Gen forum, I would have about 5 or 6 different replies, instead its on the "Maintenance > Fluids and Lubricants >" Forum that no one looks at.

I need more input, why can't this be on the 5th Gen forum?

This is really gay.

BTW, thanks studman, for the info, I've also heard people talk about the GL4 75-90, and GL4 80-90.

What's the difference between those, and the MT-90?
