Power Steering Fluid

How often do you guys change or flush your fluid?

I chose the 2nd method and replaced the fluid with ATF. I took out some fluid (using the method in the site above) and then I put in ATF. A week later I did the same thing. I did it 3 times so far and I'll do it again when the weather gets better.

My jerky steering when the car is cold is gone now I'll just keep doing this until I finish off the ATF bottle

I have a bottle of Mobil 1 synthetic ATF is it ok to mix the two? The turkey baster method doesn't look like it takes all of the old power steering fluid out.

According to the Mobil website, the synthetic ATF is fully compatible with regular ATF.
