The EnviroLution Engine Life-Guard System
The EnviroLution Engine Life-Guard System
I went into the dealer today to get my Bose Radio fixed and the engine sensor recall. I saw this brochure on this Oil Flush system/pressurized flush machine which suppose to get rid of sludge as seen on MotorWeek. Well, I only have about 17k miles on my car but was recommended if I wanted to by the dealer. For the first time, I wasn't pressured to do it but I asked myself. The service costs a fortune I think but could be useful according to the report. So I decided to give it a shot today. Cost's $100 plus an oil change. Well the recommendation on the brochure is 12k miles or once a year.

For $100, they better show you the bucket of crud that "supposedly" is stuck in your engine after 17k. Sorry, but it sounds like they are just trying to take your money. Maybe if your car had 100k on it, then it would be worthwhile.
