The PDF has personal information, like name and address. It also has a special bar code for each application. It claims that the name and address can not bet changed.

I think I saw the EO NanoWax (http://www.valvoline.com/pages/produ...asp?product=98) for free after rebate at AutoZone (it said the rebate was inside the box), but not sure if it's still there. It was free at Pep Boys last week I think.
