Which Auto Tranny Fluid should I use? shifts hard now

I have a 1995 Maxima with 114k miles on it. My auto transmission shifts kind of hard sometimes and I need to change my transmission fluid. Which fluid is the best to use and will help to eliminate the hard shifts?

Have you ever had it changed? I'd do a full change to M1.

Id rather not change to a synthetic ATF...which is the best regular ATF out of quaker state, castrol and valvoline max life? I looked for mobile 1 but they only have the synthetic
