Switch to Synthetic over 100K?

Quick question guys; I have about 102K on my car, is it OK for me to switch to synthetic at this point?

Yes, as long as your gaskets/seals are in good condition and don't leak... Synthetic particles tend to be smaller and leak through seals easier.

OK, I have no known leaks. Additionally, I have a supercharger (/w Oil Cooler), that shouldn't cause any complications should it?

I would think it would be an improvement, in that synthetic will be providing better, and more uniform lubrication, to help with the added heat and stress of supercharging.
