I recently bought an aux transmission cooler for my car. According to the write-up in the shoptalk section, the included ATF hose isn't enough. So far I've gone to AutoZone, Napa, and PepBoys to buy another few feet of ATF hose for the install, and the parts guys all look at me like I have three eyes. They claim they have nothing in stock, except for replacement part hoses for the stock cooler. They also try to sell me heater hose or fuel line hose, which I can cut to length. I keep telling them it wont work and that I want hose for for ATF. They seem to think this doesn't exist on rolls (like the heater hose). Am I asking for the wrong stuff? Any reason these places don't carry it?

 

I bought my hose at Autozone Ask for high-temperature power steering hose maybe?? They cut mine off a roll.
