Startup problems and 10w-30

My poor 2000 SE has some startup problems. Everytime I start the car I must give it some gas or else it'll stall (it's an auto). There are no codes and my plugs, air filter, coils, are all new. I had a fuel induction flush and I always use chevron 91. I took it to a mechanic and he said he had no idea. It's not the battery, the starter, or a dirty throttle body. It's not the oxygen sensors either because I get 385 mi. per tank. I think it's because I use the 10w instead of the recommended 5w-30. What do yall think>?

Not related to oil viscosity at all, especially in your climate. I would lean towards a fuel pressure issue, but it's hard to say without seeing what the car does.

I turn the key and the rpms go to about 1100 then dip down to zero STALL! UGH!!!! Hate it. So when the rpms hit 1100 I give it a little gas so it goes to about 2k and it stays on.

I still vote for a fuel pressure issue.
