what oil should i be using!

HEY I HAVE A 99 MAXIMA WITH 55,000 ON IT AND I DRIVE FAST AND very very hard! I USE "CASTROL 5W30 drive hard" should i continue TO USE OR CHANGE AND DO I EVER CHANGE TO SOMTHING ELSE?
CUZZ I DO MY OWN OIL NOW AFTER THE "OIL STAR" PLACE PUT ENGINE OIL OR DID SOMTING IN MY TRANSMISSION AND COST ME $1000 TO GET A NEW TRANY SO I DO IT MY SeLF NOTE THIS IS WHEN I JUST BOUGHT THE CAR LIKE A FEW WEEKS LATER IT ONLY HAD 31,000 MILES ON IT SO IT SUCKED!

STOP SHOUTING.
Castrol GTX 5W30 is fine. Or you can switch to synthetic (Mobil 1 or Amsoil are both praised). Go to the fluids and lubricants section and do some reading - lots of good info there.

You should be using jet oil. It will make you go faster. It's like a 50hp gain to the wheels!

You should be using a CAPS lock key and a baby bib.
