Transmission: Passive Drain or Full Drain?

I'm having a new clutch and flywheel installed, while I'm at it I should have 'em change the transmission fluid. The 91se has 148,000 on it, and the transmission has never been maintained. Should I have them do a passive drain (3 qts) or a complete drain?
