is that the 3-10k mile stuff?? ha...I've been using my own version of "Q" for the past 2 months while running this 180k mile junkyard motor I currently have in my car till my new block is done. I haven't changed my oil since laste december/early January, has to have been close to 7k miles now...I just pour in a bottle every now and then when I see the oil light flicker. I seriously beat the **** out of this motor

Because it is the same topic, so back off

This topic is about oil that lasts longer then most oils, so it pertains to this thread

You don't need to change those. last time i changed my oil and filter it was 23000 miles ago. Still running like a dream. I use castrol GTX. Best oil man.

its not that. its just like in the 4th gen forum. too many people do not want to do the footwork. there is a specific forum for these types of questions. if ducky would have provided a link to said tv commercial it would be OT valid. but since this is a fluids discussion, it should be kept there.

just my .02
