Redline MT-90 and Motul DOT 5.1

How much do I need? the manual transmission on a 2002 3.5L is 4.9 pints, right? Im totally not sure about the brake fluid. I will be changing the brake rotors and brake lines this spring so im upping the fluid to Motul. Any help would be appreciated!!!

Brakes, not much! I bought a quart each for my 97 and 00 maximas, and that was enough to empty out the master brake cylinder quite a few times, as I bled the hell out of the brakes, so one quart of brake fluid will let you flush the heck out of the system before running out.
