Coolant Temperature

I was noticing my coolant temp was around 200 F when at regular operation. I think this value is within spec but does anyone have the info on what is the acceptable range? And should the coolant be flushed out per summer/winter weather? What are the best methods for a good flush and the best liquid to put back in?

Every 30K or 2 years, but I think you could go a little longer than 2 years. Go to a rad shop and get them to run a pH test on the coolant. They use a strip of paper and check the color. For my money, I prefer to go to a small rad shop and get them to flush the rad, back flush & pressure test the cooling system and dispose of the liquid.

I paid a guy Cdn$40 cash last year (US$32). I don't know if you can get it that cheap.
