PS Fluid for 5th Gen

I would ilke to change my PS fluid for my 2001 max. So i bought Amsoil ATF, then i realized i shouldnt be using ATF for my PS fluid. Is that right? What lubricant should i be getting for my PS? Does Amsoil make one for the 5th gen? Thanks!

go ahead, you'll be fine with the amsoil. your manual even lists ps fluid OR Dexron III/Mercon.
infact i have Mobil 1 Syn ATF in the ps system right now!
