advanced oil filter?

I read the sticky about the Napa gold filter being made by Wix. What about the Advanced auto parts brand filter? Anybody use it? Any good?

im not really to sure, i have a friend that works at advanced, and he said i looks like there made by fram.. the reason he knows that, me and him cut a advanced filter open and a fram filter open, and the internals looked exactly the same and the advanced oil filter has the exact same address as the fram filter does ( made in the same area) ,but they do have a 96% filtration rate.

The Advance Auto Parts filters are made by Purolator. They are Purolator Premium filter clones with slightly less media. They are not made by Fram. The only reference on the box to Fram says "Compare to Fram."

They are good filters though for 3-5k max OCI.
