Oil burning smell

Oil burning smell

i just changed my oil and drove around for about 70 miles and i could smell my oil burning. it smelt like old oil was still in the engine. does anyone know what this could be.

That is likely what you are smelling. The spilled oil slowly burning off of wherever you spilled it.
