what kind of transmission fluid for a 2001 manual

Hey everyone, I have a 2001 maxima with a manual transmission. I'm going to replace the clutch next week and since I'm going to be under there I'm going to might as well change the fluid. I just wanted to know what kind is best for a transmission with almost 145k on it? and how much quarts does it take?

Thanks.

Are you asking about the hydraulic clutch fluid, or the MTF/gear oil?

Thanks for your order. You'll be very happy with AMSOIL GL-4 Manual Transmission and Transaxle oil. I sell a lot of this product to our members and the feedback I receive is outstanding.
