Sunroof Lubricant

Hey all, I have a 2014 Max, 51k miles. I recently opened my sunroof and it rattled like crazy opening and closing along the track.

I figured it may be lubricant issue as I normally don't open it. Is there any suggestions as what to use to get this noise to go away?

Thanks

Silicone spray works for me and also keeps your weatherstripping flexible. saturate the strips, put cloth behind it for overspray.

From your FSM:

You can find white lithium grease (in a spray can) just about everywhere.
