I have the chance to get header flanges made by a guy with a lazer cutter. The would be made of mild steel and be 3/8 in thick. If he goes any thicker the metal would melt. If I have him do a run for 8 to 10 sets the price would be fairly cheap. About $70 for a pair. So if you guys want to make your own headers let me know. I will be talking with him tomorrow. Post or PM me if you want a set or more. I would like to place the order for mine asap. Thanks.

Hmm them dont look bad at all.

 

I only need one flange for the front would it be 35? that would save me the trouble of measuring and drawing them out, then plazma cutting them at my work.

Price will depend on on how many people will buy a set. I would be willing to sell one flange but the price would be a little more since it is not a set. I do not have any final prices and the $70 ish does not include shipping from my place.
