Here are some pics of mine the way it looked a few months ago. A few things have changed, but the basic layout remains the same.
some newer ones as it gets messier and more crowded...
and the "third bay" out in the backyard that can fit a car (has a single roll-up door)...though I use it for bodywork and yard stuff....

good idea with this forum josh
i will have a garage in 7 months. i cant post pics of my tools cause they are in storage.
so i will post a pic of my assistant. does anyone else have one? that counts as "equipment" right?
josh, you can delete this if you want. just wanted to post in your new forum.

damn. that is some cleanliness, lol....you seem to be lucky in that I have to give up half the garage for the wife to park her car in and looks like you've strategically prevented a 2nd car from going in

I do, what she does is ask me how long it will be and then subsequently returns every five minutes asking me if I have finished whether the car is idling in the garage or up in the air less drivetrain and suspension.

The old carport, with a picnic table workbench & wood floor! Better than working in the rock driveway I suppose, but NEVER AGAIN. That was about 6 months ago.
The 'new' garage, $350 a month, no electric to pay either, just oil for the furnace. Even if I move in to the other place, I will continue to rent this, the price vs size is pretty amazing, and it has it's own driveway + tons of room to keep cars.

man irish has a niiiice tool box. i'm gettin there...tools are expensive.
when i first got it.
best part is that its in paradise.
some of yall might agree with me that the best "tool" is TABLE SPACE. i need to build some more work benches.

My garage is like a tease... all this capability and room but too much crap. Theres a ton of room in there to fit 2 cars and still spread out and work comfortably, but theres a room partitioned off to the right that was built maybe 15 years ago which is filled with my parents stuff and random house stuff. As it stands now, i can fit a car in there and have room to work but theres more crap even in the remaining garage area. My camaro would be sleeping in there for the winter if there was room. Also note the old school Snap on toolbox with said tools best tools ever

Here is the one I use. I would say about a quarter of the tools are mine rest are my dads. Anything newer like ratchet wrenches and alike are usually bought by me and given to him for letting me keep my car and jet ski in there. It needs more storage space which I have been asked by my dad to make some shelves and what not. Any ideas? The place is pretty big just a lot of stuff in there haha.

I'll get some more later on to show the available space for shelving along with the workbench and tool chest and storage racks. Basically in all there is two cars, two bikes and one jet ski in there and I think if it is cleaned up and I make the proper shelving there is enough room to bring in a Jeep to do some work on.

Make sure the jeep will fit in there and be able to be lifted without hitting any garage door components. I know my Honda Pilot just clears the door, and can't be jacked up in there.

Yeah in the winters that is where it stays since I have no need for it. I will probably make some wood shelves one of these days unless I find some metal ones cheap. I'm thinking on the right side where the boxes are I will make some. Just hard with the GTO right there and that won't be moved til spring time.
