Rough idle and mysterious oil leak

I have an 03 Maxima, over 175,000 miles on it. Recently I got my car back from my sister and on start up i noticed a really "shaky" idle in drive. I have done my research and the best answer is a misfire, since i also had the blinking CEL.

I might have blown a head gasket, but don't know how to check it.

Also, the oil leak is coming from around the oil pan. I checked the plug and it's as tight as possible without breaking it, and my oil filter is on hand tight, so what could it be?

i just had a mystery oil leak in my 96, i searched and searched finally i discovered the axle seal on the transmission was bad while i was changing my clutch. not sure if thats whats going on with yours but its worth a shot to check it. cause if it is tranny oil leaking and you dont get it fixed you will end up destroying your tranny...
