EBC Front Slotted Rotors 12.6", EBC RedStuff Pads, Black SE-R Calipers

A few weeks back, I attempted the SE-R brake setup but for some reason I couldn't get it to work on my friend's car (his id is hijack784). The whole ordeal is explained here.

It was either his car doesn't have ABS/equipped brake m.c, or the used calipers he got needed to be rebuilt. He got the SE-R calipers from an auto recycler and appeared to be in good condition. I painted them black since the SE-R emblems were ruined by brake fluid.

In either case, this setup is probably not best for him. So, he has the parts for sale. I'm sure the rotors/pads can help an SE-R owner or a maxima owner.

1. EBC USR7220 Ultimax Slotted Rotors - less than 50 miles used on them, the black coating has worn off evenly. these fit the 05-06 SE-R's + 2004/2005 maxima (06+ maximas are slightly different and won't fit)
EBC USR7220 at AutoAnything
$180 shipped

2. EBC Redstuff Pads DP31659C - same as above, less than 50 miles used
website below also says 06 maxima works
EBC DP31659C at AutoAnything
$80 shipped

3. Black painted 2005 Altima SE-R calipers - these were bought USED and seemed functional, though worst case may need to be rebuilt. They were painted with G2 black caliper paint. known to fit SE-R's, 6th gen maxima - $100 shipped

thanks for posting again, tkedch. yeah those are asking prices and best offers are welcome.

original thread is found here: http://www.nissanclub.com/forums/par...-calipers.html
i'm sorry for posting again in this thread vs 6th gen, but it seemed 2 other se-r sets sold here under the general thread.

other notes: I am not sure why the EBC has a different part # listed USR7218's for the maxima 06+ since the spokes should match.

any other questions, please ask

i got the calipers from online auto recycler, and didn't get the calipers rebuilt. so best guess is there was an internal air leak, as they never bled right in my car. they looked good when i got them - the se-r emblem still on them and everything. so worst case i think a caliper rebuild kit would be the only thing required. i don't see what else it coulda been but i never tried it again. i ended up buying a bbk and they bled fine. the rotors and pads were used less than 50 miles (pretty much to the dealer and back) and so they are in great condition. any takers?
