Cheaper Shipping

Maybe this wont get moved to off topic.

I just have a great experience with freightcenter.com. Very helpful and friendly employees. My service rep was Frank. I was able to ship a vq35 and lsd trans + alternator from Eastern PN to the very bottom of AL for $300 and some change. It was picked up on Friday and was in the back of my truck on Tuesday.

I know a lot of people use UPS or Fedex but the simple answer is, they don't like the 1 time user. UPS and Fedex rates are outrageous compared to R&L and similar freight companies. The price quote from UPS for the same shipment was almost $600.

There is no reason to pay so much to move something from one place to another just because we aren't Walmart or McDonalds.

I understand flat rate boxes are hard to beat but the next time you need to ship, give these guys a call or check out the site.
