You still need to tap into the ecu wires, when I say full harness I am referring to including the secondary harness so that you can remove the VAFC by simply unplugging from the first harness which is hardwired to the car. The second picture is of the black clip where the two harnesses connect. This thread will explain where to tap into the 02-03 Maxima ecu.
