I have brand new, genuine OEM PCV valve. Part number 11810-31U00. $10 shipped
This will fit in a 1995-2001 Maxima or a 1996-2000 Infiniti I30.
It may or may not fit other years/models as well.

2004-2006 Altima. Brand new, Genuine OEM part. Part number is 11925-31U05. $50 shipped
