Up for sale is a set of (4) hypersilver OEM Nissan wheel caps. These are not the regular flat silver finish wheel caps. These are the hypersilver ones. $30 for the set. Buyer pays shipping. Located in Queens, NY.

Not sure but I can probably measure them for you. They should fit most Nissan/Infiniti wheels.
