boy was that stock battery a piece of crap. I have a 96 Max and for the last few years it would take a few seconds of turning the key to start the car. I replaced it with a Westco SVR80-12 battery and it made a world of difference. It starts immediately after a turn of the key. It seems to be working for my audio system too. No more dimming/blinking lights at night when the bass is booming. It's a deep cycle battery so hopefully it will last a while.
